Operose Health is pleased to announce that two new GP Care-Taking contracts in NHS North East London ICB, Victoria & Five Elms Medical Centre and Rainham Health Centre have joined our organisation on 1 October 2025.
As the largest primary care provider in North East London, Operose Health already cares for over 144,000 registered patients across seven GP contracts, supported by established and reliable clinical, administrative and leadership teams. With more than 15 years’ experience delivering local services for North East London populations, we are proud of the trusted, innovative care we provide; achieving 63% same-day access in our NEL practices and a 93% employed GP ratio.
Our values guide how we work every day, and they will shape the care we provide for communities across North East London:
- By being caring, we support patients and colleagues with compassion and respect.
- By being ambitious, we drive improvements that make healthcare better and more accessible.
- By being resourceful, we find smart solutions to local challenges and make the most of available resources.
- And by being committed to excellence, we ensure patients receive safe, high-quality care that meets their needs.
Together, these values mean better access, better outcomes, and a better experience for people across North East London.
We are working closely with the current provider and NHS NEL ICB to ensure a smooth process for staff and continuity of care for patients. We look forward to welcoming our new colleagues and continuing our shared mission of delivering excellent, patient-centred primary care to the communities of North East London.
