Clinical triage

Our same day Clinical Triage clinics are led by either a GP or other allied healthcare professional depending on local needs. Ensuring patients are seen by the right person the first time, providing timely and safe care.


On-call duty doctor
Our on-call Duty Doctors are available during core hours, only a phone call away. Supporting practices to ensure the safe delivery of care.


Minor illness clinics
Our pharmacist-led minor illness clinics offer convenient, clinical care for non-urgent health issues such as colds, flu, and mild infections. With quick assessments and effective treatments, we help patients to get back to feeling their best, without the need for long waits.

Patient safety

Workflow Management 
(Clinical & Non-clinical) 

Our workflow management is designed to to reduce GP administration, improve accuracy, and ensure timely patient communication. By optimising both clinical and non-clinical tasks, we improve practice efficiency and patient care.We manage key workflow processes such as: 

Documents
Organising and processing clinical letters, discharge summaries and any other clinical correspondence or insurance reports are passed on to the appropriate clinician or through one of our central clinicians, where appropriate, to help 
increase the capacity and resilience of practices.

Pathology results 
Efficient management of pathology ensures all results are passed on to the appropriate clinician or member of the team to action in to aid timely diagnosis and commencement of treatment – ultimately improving outcomes for patients. 

Repeat prescriptions
Management of repeat prescription requests to ensure timely and accurate medication fulfilment, in addition to sending reminders for outstanding reviews and drug monitoring. ensuring patients are on the correct medication for their specific needs, reducing polypharmacy and risk around contraindications.
