Interim Chief Executive 

Prior to becoming Operose Health’s interim Chief Executive in February 2024, Samantha has spent several years working within primary and community care in Executive level leadership roles. 

Samantha has spent the majority of her career working in the public and third sector. She has held several senior roles in the health and social care sector, including public health, welfare, offender health, learning disability, mental health services and most recently primary and community care. 

Working in HR leadership roles since 2006, Samantha has delivered large-scale change and transformation programmes and mobilised new services and products. Her motivation centres around improving health and care outcomes for patients and communities, and as a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, she is equally passionate about people. Combining these two drivers she focuses on developing leaders, shaping a culture and creating an environment that enables and empowers colleagues to be the best that they can be – which in turn, delivers better outcomes for patients.
