Our group

We operate local NHS primary care services across England. These practices are registered with the CQC through the contractual entities of Operose Health, The Practice Group or AT Medics. Operose Health acquired AT Medics, the largest provider of GP practices in London, in 2021.

Our model, shown below, supports our practices to focus on patient care through centralised back-office functions, expertise and tools, removing the burden from our local patient care teams and offering greater resilience and efficiencies.
