Our latest recruitment numbers are in and so far this year, we have welcomed over 300 new members of staff to our practices up and down the country.

Current trends show we continue to recruit a permanent GP every nine days. Alongside our new GPs, we also recruited 16 pharmacists, 24 practice nurses, 21 practice managers, 11 physician associates and over 200 receptionists and administrators.

In total, we have welcomed 316 new joiners since January to help our patients get the care they need as quickly as possible.
