Operose Health provides NHS Ophthalmology (Eye) services to patients in a community setting rather than major hospitals. Our clinics are mainly based out of GP surgeries, walk in centres and community hospitals.
Our team of skilled Ophthalmologists, Optometrists and Orthoptists work alongside our experienced Diagnostic Technicians and specialist nurses to provide you with the highest standards of care. All clinics are supported by the latest eye care technology and systems.
We are proud to provide a range of community services to the NHS. To access our clinics, you will need to be referred to us by your GP or Optometrist.
We will then register and clinically triage your referral to determine the most appropriate care pathway for you, this will either be:
- An appointment at one of our community clinics in the local area;
- Onwards referral to a hospital; or
- Your referral will be returned to your GP/Optometrist with self-care information and advice to help you manage your condition yourself.
